Deep in the heart of the Ardèche region, Domaine de Segries watersports centre in France (known as ‘Segs’) is the home of our world famous Ardèche Adventure canoe holidays.
**Make a difference as a Facilities Team Leader**
We’re looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic Facilities Team Leader to oversee site maintenance, safety, and presentation at our stunning French centre. You’ll lead a multi-skilled team, ensuring our facilities are at their best so that every guest can enjoy a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
But it’s not just maintenance, during our busy summer months, you’ll also be responsible for line-managing the on-site Retail and Housekeeping teams.

**Is this you?**
- A practical problem solver, with hands-on maintenance experience.
- A passion for high standards and delivering incredible guest experiences.
- A confident leader of people, able to organise, manage and inspire others.
- French language skills are beneficial, but not essential for this role.
