Deep in the heart of the Ardèche region, Domaine de Segries watersports centre in France (known as ‘Segs’) is the home of our world famous Ardèche Adventure canoe holidays.

**Make a difference as an Activities Manager River**
As the Activities Manager River, you’ll be at the heart of delivering an unforgettable River Descent experience through the breathtaking Ardeche Gorge. You’ll lead and inspire a dedicated team, ensuring every guest’s journey is safe, smooth, and full of adventure.
You’ll take charge of every element—both on land and on water—by coordinating logistics, overseeing river activities, and ensuring that all safety standards (from national regulations to PGL’s own policies) are flawlessly followed. Whether it’s guiding guests through the river’s twists and turns or managing the magical overnight bivouac, you’ll be the driving force behind delivering these incredible guest experiences.

**Is this you?**
- A proven leader of people, able to coach, manage, inspire and train others to succeed.
- Skilled in people management and colleague welfare
- BPJEPS canoë-kayak et disciplines associées en eau vive (Brevet professionnel de la jeunesse, de l’éducation populaire et du sport) or equivalent
- French language skills are beneficial, but not essential for this role.
