To support Trustpair’s rapid growth, we are looking to **expand the People Team** by recruiting a People Ops Specialist. We are looking for an **autonomous **team member who will actively support Trustpair’s growth on the people side.

Reporting to the VP People, and coached on a day-to-day basis by the People Ops manager, this is an opportunity to embrace a broad scope of responsibilities, in contact with all the teams and managers at Trustpair.

**Your role**:
**HR admin & payroll**:

- Preparing the Payroll process for France ;
- Taking care of all the HR administration (contracts, amendments, regulatory documentation, etc) for France.

**Happiness management**:

- Suggesting and organizing daily internal events (monthly aperos, parties, etc.) ;
- Setting up small internal events (virtual games, competitions, sports tournaments).

**Office Management**:

- Taking care of the offices in Paris, and making sure we maintain a high-quality, functional and clean working environment ;
- Bringing your positive thinking and sharing new ideas to ensure our offices are a fun and efficient place to work ;
- Managing inventories and the purchase of office supplies, IT equipment, snacks and beverages based on consumption and arrivals ;

**HR Project management**:

- Contributing to HR projects as needed and depending on your aspirations, for example HRIS implementation, SST management, CSR initiatives.

**MUST HAVE**:

- You already have **one significant experience** (internship or apprenticeship included) in a similar position similar, ideally in a start-up / scale-up environment ;
- You are an **expert of the Google Suite / Pack Office** and you are eager to discover and use new IT tools (Notion, slack ) ;
- You already have **good knowledge of payroll processes in France** ;
- You are detail-oriented and rigorous (you always double check information you communicate) ;
- You’re autonomous in finding solutions to problems and also have strong interpersonal / relationship skills to work cross-team ;
- You have **strong organizational skills** and you demonstrate a strong ability to work in a ever-changing environment ;
- You are curious, positive and full of energy ;
- You have **excellent communication skills**, both written and oral, **i**n French & English.**
