This involves investigating and developing disruptive technologies, reducing the carbon footprint of steel, and optimizing costs while maintaining uncompromising quality. The team's strong multicultural diversity, with over 30 nationalities, offers international experience and makes it possible to meet global needs. You will be part of the Global R&D Software Factory, in a multi-cultural cluster composed by 30 engineers and 30 consultants, organized into four teams dedicated to developing and deploying mathematical and AI models based process solutions for ArcelorMittal. You will join the Decarbonization team, consisting of 6 engineers, whose mission is to be a major player in the implementation of industrial solutions that contribute to reducing the group's CO2 emissions. This role involves collaborating with experts to innovate and optimize production methods, ensuring efficiency and quality in our operations. You will work in a multicultural environment and will interact with various plants and R&D centers across the group. **Your role** We are looking for an experienced industrial solutions integrator to join our core team to deploy new innovative solutions across a large industrial scope. You will act as the project manager for the design, monitoring of developments and deployment of our solutions dedicated to the decarbonization of our industry. Your main activities will be: - Project management: Defining objectives with future users - Designing the solution with architects and developers - Coordinating technical teams (developers, engineers, data scientists, etc.) - Planning and orchestrating the deployment of solutions in factories/industrial sites - Regularly communicating the project's progress to stakeholders - Adapting the standard process to deploy solutions effectively - Working with product architects to adapt the solution to new requirements - Sharing best practices within the team and ensuring that everyone follows the guidelines **Your profile** - You hold a Master's degree in the field of Data Science or Software Solutions. - You have experience in project management interfaced with production systems, in integrating solutions based on artificial intelligence models in the industrial sector and/or with integration & messaging technologies. - You have a background in software solutions development for the industry. - You have good knowledge in architecture design (on Prem and Cloud). - You know how to think "standard", to implement solutions that can be shared by different plants. - You have the following technical skills: - DotNet environment (.NET 6, C#) - Expertise in Web Architecture and knowledge of Angular technology - Strong understanding of API technologies, developer ecosystems, and industry trends - Ideally, you bring experience with API security and compliance standards - Basic knowledge in Python - You are fluent in French and English. - You have good communication skills, to train local IT teams to ensure the first level maintenance - You have a team spirit with good analytical skills, abstract thinking and empathy. - You are able to make proposals related to process and/or continuous improvement plan. - You are able to interact/manage transversally, in remote teams, with external partners. - You are willing to work in a multi-cultural environment **According to ArcelorMittal Global R&D values**: - You agree to comply with health and safety rules. - You are respectful, transparent, honest, and empathetic in your relationships.
