**Job Description**:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Network Team Leader to join our French Network Team

Working as part of the Network EAME team and reporting to the EAME Network Manager, you will be responsible for the deployment and support of advanced local, regional, and global network architectures. As Team Lead, you will oversee day-to-day operations and provide leadership for the local team.

Principle Accountabilities:

- Lead deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance of High-Performance Computing network infrastructure and global network services (LAN, WIFI, SD-WAN, Security),
- Provide network capacity planning recommendations in line with anticipated operational growth,
- Act as escalation point for complex technical issues,
- Ensure smooth production operations by careful planning and coordinated changes,
- Provide excellent customer service to various internal and external clients,
- Coach and mentor junior engineering staff to empower growth and team cohesion,
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to deliver support and recommendations regarding network technologies,
- Provide detailed and accurate documentation on network designs and standards.

**Technology used**:

- Switching : Cisco, Aruba and Arista
- Firewalling : Palo Alto networks, Juniper
- Routing : Cisco
- Wifi : Aruba

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of overall experience installing and supporting High Performance Computing systems and architectures for global companies,
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field,
- English and French required (including understanding of technical language),
- Understanding and experience with data center network architectures (spine and leaf) and protocols (VXLAN, EVPN, BGP, MLAG),
- Experience with monitoring and alerting systems,
- Team management experience and ability to work in a global team and in a multiple cultural environment,
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a timeframe.

- Participate in the regional on-call support rotation,
- Travel domestically or internationally as required on a limited basis,
