**Job description**:
**What you’ll do**

As a collection specialist, you will have a significant role in managing the recovery of cash from our clients, reporting to key stakeholders and improving the cash collection process in our company.

**Your responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
As cash collection analyst, your responsibilities will include:

- Request and pursues payment on delinquent accounts via strong communication and meeting with account holders
- Follows established guidelines to review and update account status.
- Prepare collection committee reports and KPIs for key stakeholders
- Maintain logs of litigation, bankruptcy & liquidation cases, promise of payments, churns
- Prepare and follow up all cases sent to the collection agency
- Be the single point of contact for account holders and lawyers
- Perform other related duties such as key account payment reminders and final notice

Process efficiency and optimization
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the cash collection process
- Identify and raise process pain points and improvements
- Make recommendations to improve the cash collection process.

**Who you are**
- Have at least 5 years of experience in cash collection and/or allocation;
- Have experience working in Shared Service centers;
- Have experience in an agile environment;
- Are used to working in an international environment;
- Strong level of English;

Now, it would be fantastic if you:

- Have fluency in French and/or German
- Skills in SAP S4 Hana and/or Zuora (billing tool)
