**Détails de la Mission**:
Bostik is looking for a Global construction & consumers sustainability director for its head office in La Défense.

Your main responsabilities will be:
1. Sustainability strategy:

- Defines, structures and maintains the GBU C&C Sustainability Strategy, aligned with the Bostik Corporate C&C Sustainability strategy / Corporate Arkema Sustainability strategy
- Assesses and analyses company policies and processes to identify areas and processes for improvement in accordance with the organizations commitment to sustainability.
- Brainstorms and identifies creative ways in which Bostik C&C can balance business obligations with the goal of respecting, supporting, and improving local and global environments.
- Acts as focal point towards our key external stakeholders with respect to sustainability
- Drafts and implements sustainable organizational policies that address environmental concerns.
- Evaluates efficacy of sustainability programs; recommends and implements improvements as necessary.
- Conducts research to identify environmental and sustainability concerns, interests, and issues.
- Acts as an internal sustainability consultant in the organization to educate colleagues on trends, programs and issues in sustainability
- Manages all aspects of Bostik C&C’s contribution to Arkema sustainability initiatives and programs (e.g. Archimedes, Arkenergy, Common Ground, Optimo etc) to ensure the BU supports the delivery of Arkema’s stated CSR commitments.
- Delivery of the objectives and KPI’s in the C&C Sustainability roadmap based around the 3 pillars of Responsible Manufacturing, Sustainable Innovative solution and Trustworthy Collaboration.

2. Innovation:

- Key player in driving global sustainable innovation by identifying new products, packaging and/or services opportunities.
- Guidance on sustainable certifications which are meeting future and existing market requirements
- Ensure internal compliance with regulations and monitor execution

3. Market
- Observe global market trends and determine gaps, to grow the market by introduction or corrective actions.
- Observe sustainability initiatives of competition, raw material suppliers, distributors and end users associated with the adhesives and sealants sector
- Attend external platforms, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
- Build and maintain relations with key subscribers, e.g. architects, substrate suppliers and institutes
- Assist the C&C Communications team with the development of a suite of communication tools to support the communication of C&C Sustainability objectives and successes for both internal and external audiences.
- Advise on major regulatory change projects that impact C&C in EMEA e.g. ATP21, CPR etc to ensure the local entities complete required adaptions well in advance of the implementation date.

**Profil Recherché**:
The profile we are looking for:

- You have a Bachelor degree in Business, Sciences, Engineering or equivalent.
- You have 5 or more years of proven experience in industry preferably within the C&C market
- You have a good ability to work on multiple programs and manage multiple projects at one time
- You have good communication and presentation skills and able to communicate at senior management level.
- You must be able to deal with customer relationships / key partner relationships
- You are fluent in English, and ideally strong skills in another European language as German, French etc.
