The main focus is delivering outstanding service to our customers who are interested in our shoes and ensuring that the store is represented and maintaining Store Standards. **What will you do?** - Ensure that customers are welcomed, providing a friendly environment and acknowledging every customer - Tending to the customer's needs and provide the best tailor-made advice - Process the purchase of customers in the cash register - In exceptional cases, fulfill advanced customer service functions at the POS. This can be running returns or opening & closing procedures within our global guidelines - Help to maximize sales for the Crocs Store - Maintain solid product knowledge and awareness of all promotions and advertisements - Assist in merchandising and display maintenance - Follow company standards of merchandise presentation, signage and display - Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensures that all styles and sizes are represented - Contributes to creating a team atmosphere that is enjoyable - Constructively shares suggestions, ideas and concerns with the management **Who are you?** - Experience in a sales orientated environment, preferably retail - Fluent French speaker - English communication skills are preferred - Flexible in working hours (evenings, weekends and holidays) - Business-driven - Customer focused A motivating job in an open, international and well-established company.
