Sergio Rossi, the made-in-Italy luxury footwear brand established in 1951, part of Lanvin Group, the global luxury fashion group of Fosun, is looking for a **Sales Assistant** for a new Store opening in Giverny.

**Position**:

- Knowledge of the sales’s fundamentals and of the main store KPI’s;
- Ability to reach the assigned sales targets;
- Ensuring an outstanding customer experience through excellent sales services in line with Company’s standard;
- Manage your own customer portfolio and increase it to improve the customer loyalty;
- Contribute to dealing in a timely and efficient manner with the in-store operation tasks always securing the respect of procedures and Company guidelines (cash desk, stockroom, visual, receipt merch, returns, transfers, inventory, administrative and back-office activities);
- Follow all the Company guidelines and be sure to adhere to all the Company policy & procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent French and English are mandatory
- At least 3 years of Retail experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills
- Proactive and dynamic individual, with a positive attitude and Team Sprit
- Sense of duty and strong commercial mindset
- Passion for Luxury
