In this context your mission will be at the heart of the Operations team located in our headquarters to ensure delivery excellence to our customers.

**OUTCOMES**:

- Track order fulfillment status and ensure timely shipment to customers
- Maintain accurate inventory records in our warehouse management system (WMS)
- Assist with warehouse receiving processes, including verifying incoming shipments and ensuring proper storage.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment times, and other key metrics
- Coordinate discussions with carriers, annual negotiations
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between warehouse inventory and system records
- Maintain clear communication and collaboration with the warehouse team to address any operational issues
- Identify opportunities for improvement in warehouse processes and inventory management
