Dans un contexte de forte croissance, nous recherchons un(e) Coordinateur des Opérations Logistiques afin d’accompagner le développement opérationnel de l’entreprise à Paris. Responsabilités Gestion opérationnelle : Vous serez responsable de la coordination et de la gestion des opérations quotidiennes de l’entreprise. Cela comprend la supervision des équipes sur le terrain, la planification des tâches, la gestion des réservations, la coordination des check-in et check-out, et la résolution des problèmes opérationnels. Amélioration des processus : Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes pour identifier les opportunités d’amélioration des processus et de l’efficacité opérationnelle. Gestion des équipes : En collaboration avec le Directeur des Opérations France, vous recherchez à restructurer les équipes opérationnelles afin d’optimiser l’ensemble des process et trouver la structure la plus optimale à notre business Relations clients : Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe du service client pour gérer les demandes et les problèmes des clients, en veillant à ce qu’ils reçoivent une assistance rapide et de qualité. Reporting et analyse : Vous préparerez des rapports réguliers sur les performances opérationnelles, les indicateurs clés de performance et les tendances du marché. Vous utiliserez ces données pour analyser les résultats, identifier les problèmes potentiels et proposer des solutions d’amélioration. Preferred experience Diplômé d’un Bac +2 / +3, vous disposez d’une expérience préalable en Logistique, Chaîne d'Approvisionnement et Opérations. Un appétence pour les environnements dynamiques avec une dimension opérationnelle importante, Une personne organisée et capable de gérer son temps efficacement, Un esprit entrepreneur et capable d’apprendre vite, Communication claire et précise même sur des sujets techniques et complexes, Dynamique avec une personnalité extravertie et une attitude proactive, La maîtrise du français est indispensable et un bon niveau en anglais est nécessaire. In the context of strong growth, we are looking for a Logistics Operations Coordinator to support the company's operational developmentin Paris. Responsibilities Operational management : You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the company's day-to-day operations. This includes supervising teams on the ground, planning tasks, managing reservations, coordinating check-ins and check-outs, and resolving operational issues. Process improvement : You will work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency. You will participate in the implementation of new procedures, tools, and strategies to optimize operations and ensure customer satisfaction. Quality management : You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality standards to ensure a high-quality service for customers. This includes overseeing the cleaning of accommodation, inspecting compliance with cleanliness standards, and resolving quality issues reported by customers. Team management : Working with the Director of Operations for France, you will seek to restructure the operational teams to optimize all processes and find the best structure for our business. Customer relations : You will work closely with the customer service team to manage customer queries and issues, ensuring that they receive prompt and quality support. Reporting and analysis : You will prepare regular reports on operational performance, key performance indicators, and market trends. You will use this data to analyze results, identify potential problems, and propose improvement solutions. Preferred experience You have a 2 / 3-year degree and previous experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, and Operations. An appetite for dynamic environments with a strong operational dimension. Organised and able to manage your time effectively, An entrepreneurial spirit and ability to learn quickly, Clear and precise communication, even on complex technical subjects, Dynamic with an outgoing personality and a proactive attitude, Fluency in French is essential and a good level of English is necessary.
