**Mission of the Job**
Under the responsibility of the manager GLI Rx Support HMC and in a 4 others technicians team, you will be responsible of the implementation of all support operations to meet operational needs of EMEA labs (Europe & Meta labs).
Your main missions will be to:
**1) Organize installation of HMC equipments/process in the labs**:
- provide technical information
- define and schedule the milestones
- organize follow-up meetings
- proceed with the implementation of the HMC solution
- train the local resources
- supervise the production launch
- realize (or delegate) the carrying out of quality validation protocols
- make the suitable reporting (advancement and closing).
**2) Provide the technical support on HMC means and Process used in the labs**:
- perform interventions on sites for: training, troubleshooting, process analysis, periodical audit, retrofit and upgrade of different systems.
- collaborate with the local teams on sites for quality problem solving and the implementation of an actions plan
- bring support for analysis and improvement of production costs
- assist labs in hotline
**4)** **Participate in development of new processes and pilots follow-up on site with GLI HMC process technicians.**
**Business travel: 50%**
**Qualifications/Competencies**:
This position will interest:
- A technician with strong experience in Rx manufacturing environment,
- with a sufficient level of English to communicate with EMEA labs,
- Knowledge of Hygiene Safety Environment rules is necessary,
- The HMC support technician will need to be autonomous, have a good communication and be able to take decisions. He will also need to demonstrate a high adaptability (various production environments, relationship with different interlocutors, large variety of troubles,...).
