The M&A associate will report to Roquette’s Head of M&A and will assist M&A process and strategic transactions for the Group, including mergers and acquisitions, minority investments including venture capital investments, joint-ventures and potential divestments.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
- Conduct comprehensive industry research and analysis to identify and evaluate potential M&A targets.- Perform detailed financial analysis, including the development of financial models, valuation analyses, and the evaluation of potential investment opportunities.- Support the preparation of high-quality presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders, including executive management and board members.

SPECIFICITIES:
- You are known for your project management skills and have previous experience in executing M&A transactions and/or strategic investments combined with a deep knowledge of M&A process lifecycle.- Experience in Food and Pharma business being a plus.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
- Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and finacial statement analysis.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization.- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.- Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages (patiularly French and/or German) being a plus.
