Marion recrute un(e) SEO Manager BtoC 80 + 8k€ à Paris
Team Management - Expertise grosses audiences - IA Friendly (lover)

**MISSION**: Reprendre les positions de 2 sites majeurs (350 millions de visites annuelles hors marque) et repartir en croissance sur du SEO BtoC avancé (avec IA dedans)

**RÉSULTATS ATTENDUS**:
Stabiliser l'audience SEO avec le site N°2 migrant sur le site N°1 de 40 millions de visites aux bases solides

Manager l'équipe SEO organisée en squad (6 SEO + Content en CDI + 3 dev full time + des consultants externes)
Innover notamment avec l'IA et pas que et retrouver de la croissance (versus -10% à ce jour)

**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**:
Hacker la croissance est ton moteur et tu le fais en mode ensemble. Ce défi est passionnant pour un(e) ex Free qui veut redevenir salarié(e). Il y a 2 jours de télétravail + 22 jours à prendre à la carte dans l'année, le pied non ? Ton équipe est répartie de Paris à Rennes en passant par Bordeaux et ta N+1 aime partager et travailler en mode collaboratif, elle est dans cette boite depuis 4 ans après avoir travaillé sur une verticale food et sur un célèbre site d'enchères, l'expérience et le défi dans le BtoC quoi
