Assistant Store Manager

Nous recrutons un Assistant manager pour intégrer l’équipe de notre magasin de Paris. Vous reporterez au Directeur de magasin.
Vos principales missions seront:
- Assister le Directeur de magasin au quotidien sur l’ensemble des tâches opérationnelles (recrutement, visuel merchandising, gestion du stock, tâches administratives )
- Délivrer un service client de haute qualité, transmettre ces compétences à l’ensemble de l’équipe afin d’atteindre et dépasser les objectifs Kpi’s
- Accompagner le Directeur de magasin dans la mise en place d’un service client optimal.
- Former et développer l’équipe de vente afin d’atteindre les objectifs du magasin (chiffre d’affaires, inventaire, visite client mystère )
- Assister le Directeur de magasin dans le maintien d’un environnement de travail sûr et sécurisé (respect des procédures de sécurité et maintenance )
- Endosser la responsabilité du point de vente en l’absence du Directeur de magasin.
Compétences recherchées:
- Expérience similaire en tant qu’Assistant manager, si possible au sein d’une marque mode / lifestyle
- Expérience de management, formation et développement d’équipe (notamment gérer des problèmes de performances)
- Orienté résultat et capable d’amener son équipe vers l’atteinte des objectifs
- Excellente communication
- Bonne gestion administrative : planning, remises espèces
- Bon niveau d’anglais exigé
