**About the vacancy**:
You will be delivering a comprehensive HR service to the business and support the organization’s growth in the country.
- Serving as a point of contact for employees regarding HR issues, rules and regulations
- Collecting, validating and providing salary mutations to the payroll provider in order to have a timely and correct monthly local payroll
- Collecting, processing and managing all local personnel data
- Ensuring accurate and concise records during all phases of local recruitment processes
- Monitoring and administering absenteeism of the local organization, in line with health and safety legislation
- Compiling and maintaining various HR overviews and spreadsheets such as monthly HR Reports, personnel overviews, salary overviews and leave registration overviews.
- Supporting the HR department in various local and international HR projects

**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM or business administration
- Experience in a comparable HR role, such as HR Generalist, etc.
- Good knowledge of (nationality) HR legislation
- structured and detail-oriented way of working
- Professional communication skills
- Fluent in English, any other European language is a plus
