**Le poste**
Nous sommes une équipe de 4 personnes, responsables du suivi et de l'amélioration du support de production (en interne et avec les contreparties) pour l'accès aux marchés, dans un environnement diversifié en termes de périmètres d'actifs traités, de zones géographiques couvertes et d'exigence de résultat.
Rattaché au département Système d'information & Développement, composé d'une trentaine de personnes, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de développement, les opérateurs de marchés et les différentes équipes opérationnelles.
Le périmètre du poste s'articule autour de 4 axes:
- **Support de production de niveau** 1 & 2 et collaboration avec les équipes Infra & Dev pour le niveau 3. Automatisation des tâches quotidiennes par des développements autonomes et communication avec les équipes opérationnelles dans un esprit de service et d'amélioration continue. Gestion de la relation avec les contreparties.
- **Suivi d'activité** : mise en place de métriques techniques et d'indicateurs business, centralisation de l'information, reporting à la direction opérationnelle et analyse des données (latences, performances, etc.).
- **Coordination et gestion de projet** : test, validation et déploiement des briques de production (Market Data, OMS, automate, etc.). Coordination avec les équipes Infra & Dev pour les évolutions de la plateforme de trading.
- **Veille** : suivi des offres des contreparties, des règles de marché, des prestataires de flux, etc,. pour maintenir une vision claire de l'état de l'art adaptée à nos besoins.
**Votre profil**
De formation supérieure scientifique et passionné de technologie, vous avez une expérience d'1 à 2 ans, idéalement acquise en support de trading.
Vous êtes impliqué dans vos missions et avez à cœur la satisfaction des opérationnels.
Rigoureux, créatif et critique, vous avez le goût du service et êtes capable de travailler sur plusieurs sujets dans un environnement dynamique, exigeant et en perpétuelle mutation avec des enjeux importants.
Nous recherchons un profil parlant couramment anglais.
