**What will you be doing**:
The EMEA Contract Manager role is responsible for leading the coordinated development of mid to low value and mid to low complexity customer agreements, where EMEA involvement is required, ensuring the relevant approvals are secured and documented and the agreements are effectively implemented.

Essential Functions & Accountabilities:

- Lead the contract process for deals where EMEA involvement is required but value/complexity does not qualify for deal desk attention (based on current Standard Operating Procedures)
- Responsible for establishing & managing communication to all key stakeholder functions, such as Commercial, Legal, Finance, Private Label, Regulatory, etc. Act as key liaison between the market team and EMEA departments
- Review the commercial aspects of the agreement, ensuring all services and functions are considered in the final contract to be presented to the customer
- Draft contracts using data provided by Commercial, Legal and Finance teams and gather appropriate contract approvals
- Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound contracts
- Track contract renewal deadlines; proactively engaging with in market commercial teams to initiate renewals
- Closely monitor contracts for change and expiry, ensure that all contracts have been signed and have received appropriate approval & provide information relating to contracts to appropriate colleagues
- Support EMEA markets to deliver priority plans for addressing internal audit findings
- Support and assist in other areas of Sales Operations as required.
- Proactively identify areas for business improvement, initiating or leading change programs which enhance customer experience and advocacy.

**What skills and experience should you have?**

To be successful in this position, we’re looking for someone who is fluent in both French and English as you’ll be working heavily with the French CooperVision market.

You’ll have excellent attention to detail, strong project management skills, the ability to see a task through to the end and be able to converse with all levels of the organisation through effective verbal and written communication.

This role would require someone to be commercially minded, understand how large organisations operate and be comfortable with a level of routine in their day-to-day work.
