**Pilotez l'optimisation des coûts pour des projets stratégiques.**

En tant que **Responsable Design to Cost H/F**, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'amélioration de la performance économique et opérationnelle des projets solaires, de leur conception à leur exploitation.

**Missions**
Vos principales responsabilités:
**Analyse des coûts et audits financiers**:

- Évaluer et auditer les modèles de coûts (CAPEX, OPEX, coûts financiers).
- Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration en challengeant les hypothèses actuelles.

**Élaboration de stratégies d'optimisation**:

- Collaborer avec les équipes techniques et opérationnelles pour développer des solutions innovantes et efficaces.
- Concevoir un **plan pluriannuel de réduction des coûts** aligné sur les objectifs de compétitivité et de LCOE.

**Mise en œuvre et suivi des actions**:

- Superviser les initiatives d'optimisation et évaluer leur impact.
- Assurer un reporting clair et structuré des résultats auprès des parties prenantes.

**Profil recherché**:

- Diplôme d'ingénieur ou équivalent (BAC+5).
- **7 à 10 ans d'expérience** en design-to-cost ou optimisation des coûts, idéalement dans des secteurs industriels comme l'automobile, l'aéronautique ou les infrastructures énergétiques.
- Solides compétences en modélisation financière et analyse de données (CAPEX/OPEX).
- Capacité à innover, esprit analytique et aptitude à travailler en transverse avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires.
- Maîtrise courante du français et de l'anglais.
