**The role**
We’re looking for an experienced Events Marketing Manager to lead and scale our event strategy globally. This is a high-impact role that blends creativity with precision execution to support pipeline generation and brand elevation.
You’ll be responsible for the full event lifecycle - from ideation and logistics through to lead capture, measurement, and post-event nurture. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and external vendors to deliver best-in-class experiences at both tradeshows and owned events.
**What you’ll be doing**
- Own the full lifecycle of B2B events: strategy, planning, execution, and follow-up
- Manage event budgets, logistics, timelines, and vendor relationships
- Track performance against KPIs such as attendance, engagement, pipeline contribution, and ROI
- Partner with sales and partnerships to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up workflows
- Maintain a calendar of relevant tradeshows and industry events, identifying high-impact opportunities
- Create post-event debriefs and recommendations to continuously improve
**What you’ll bring**
- 4+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B event marketing, ideally in SaaS or tech
- Exceptional project management and multitasking skills; proactive and detail-obsessed
- Confident communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
- Fluent in both English and French (essential)
- Hands-on experience with project management tools like Notion or Trello
- Nice-to-have: Hubspot experience
- Bonus: Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools for light editing
