Automotive Cells Company (ACC) is a joint venture created in the summer of 2020 and backed by Stellantis, Mercedes-Benz and Saft (a subsidiary of TotalEnergies). Our ambition is to produce electric batteries at the highest technological level while developing cleaner mobility that is accessible to as many people as possible.

We are proud to manufacture, in our Gigafactory in Billy-Berclau, the batteries that already equip several electric vehicles available on the market (PEUGEOT E-3008 and E-5008, Opel Grandland, and soon the DS N°8, the Citroën C5 AIrCross and the new Jeep Compass).

**Job description**:
**Main missions & objectives**:

- Identify and anticipate new purchasing needs with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage purchase request from supplier sourcing to delivery (PO issuance & contract).
- Anticipate renewals and follow up the issuance of purchase orders to ensure proper procurement/delivery.
- Federate stakeholders to build the ACC Technical, Industrial and Purchasing Strategy and supplier selection.
- Leads relations with internal requesters throughout the purchasing process, with the aim of guiding purchasing approaches for each requirement.
- Manage supplier relationship and deals with all economical aspects.
- Monitors & helps resolve suppliers claims (invoicing, delivery, quality, PO reception ) in relation with ACC accounting department & relevant requesters.
- Leads and/or participates to the RFQs : prepares bid lists and specifications, sends the RFQ files to suppliers and analyses their answers with project team, negotiates and adjusts proposals, prepares the supplier choice decisions with the aim of selecting the optimum service/product at the best value (including cross-functional aspects such as regulations, RGPD, security, CSR, etc.), finalizes contract and follows the administrative activity including purchase orders.
- Draws up contracts, with the support of the Legal Department when necessary, with the aim of guaranteeing the level of performance expected from the supplier and controlling the associated risks over the duration of the contract.

Otherwise, in order to optimize the purchasing actions for the benefit of ACC, the IS/IT Buyer:

- Draws up and monitors expenditure/suppliers maps and establishes purchasing strategies according to commodity/market issues.
- Ensure that contracts are properly executes, including changes.
- Participates to all relevant preparation meetings and acts in close relationship with his internal customers.
- Develops and puts in place frame contracts.
- Sets up steering committees with key suppliers to manage supplier relations, drive and monitor the roll-out of contracts, and reports on the scope of his activities.
- Monitors technological and regulatory developments, carries out market studies, with a view to proposing innovative and efficient solutions.
- Builds benchmarks.
- Proposes best practices for future projects.

**Missions principales & objectifs**:

- Identifier et anticiper les nouveaux besoins d’achats avec les parties prenantes concernées.
- Gérer les demandes d’achat depuis le sourcing fournisseur jusqu’à la livraison (émission du bon de commande et contrat).
- Anticiper les renouvellements et assurer le suivi de l’émission des bons de commande pour garantir un approvisionnement/livraison adéquat.
- Fédérer les parties prenantes pour construire la stratégie technique, industrielle et achats d’ACC ainsi que la sélection des fournisseurs.
- Piloter les relations avec les demandeurs internes tout au long du processus achats, afin d’orienter les approches selon les besoins.
- Gérer la relation fournisseur et traiter tous les aspects économiques.
- Suivre et aider à résoudre les litiges fournisseurs (facturation, livraison, qualité, réception des commandes ) en lien avec le service comptabilité ACC et les demandeurs concernés.
- Mener et/ou participer aux appels d’offres : préparer les listes de fournisseurs et les cahiers des charges, envoyer les dossiers de consultation, analyser les réponses avec l’équipe projet, négocier et ajuster les propositions, préparer les décisions de choix fournisseur dans le but de sélectionner le meilleur service/produit au meilleur rapport qualité/prix (en incluant les aspects transverses tels que la réglementation, RGPD, sécurité, RSE, etc.), finaliser les contrats et suivre l’activité administrative incluant les bons de commande.
