**The Role**:
Join Moderna’s rapidly growing, enthusiastic and collaborative team and make a significant impact on the overall success of our novel messenger RNA approach to drug development. On this dynamic canvas, the company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner, to join and support the growth of the business and operations infrastructure in Europe and support the company expansion outside the United States where needed. Enjoying autonomy, working with a dynamic team, and leading the HR charter while supporting a full spectrum of activities across the employee lifecycle. This broad HR Business Partner role is operating in a greenfield/start-up and rapidly expanding environment underpinned by anticipated significant company growth.

Reporting directly to the Vice President and HR Business Partner for Global Commercial, and partnering closely with the HR business partners, HR stakeholders and clients to support excellence in the delivery of HR services.

**Here’s What You’ll Do**:
Support actively the growth of Moderna in the responsible geographical areas, establish clear HR operational plans for the expansion into other countries, prioritize the actions related to that, involving stakeholders and tracking execution, ensuring timely deliverable of agreed milestones.

Pro-actively build and establish strong relationships with HR direct stakeholders and client groups as well as with the extended HR community to understand their needs, requirements, and challenges

Support the workforce planning, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to have the proper infrastructure available in time in countries. Constantly update and align with relevant stakeholders the workforce planning and progress made

Partner with global HR team to launch global initiates for our people programs

Develop new best in class “ways of working” and continuous optimize existing important “in-country” and “above country” HR processes and policies

Works closely together with internal stakeholder to support the development and implementation of HR policies, processes and practices, focusing on continuous improvement

Ensures pro-active people support to the countries and the functions by partnering with business and HR stakeholders to provide feedback, direction and support.

Share best practices and deliver HR support where required

Constant drive for improvement of processes with aim to deliver better client support and experiences

Identify opportunities for improvement with the team, help prioritize constantly, clarify roles and responsibilities, define milestones and measurable KPI’s and drive initiatives to concrete outcomes and impact, lead and drive projects to succesful completion.

Drive innovation, look for digital solutions, and implement (from ideation to impactful delivery)

Drive (annual) processes linked to Talent Management, Performance Management, Budgeting, Organizational effectiveness

Act as interim HRBP when needed to support business clients

Represent HR Commercial in forums and meetings
