Supply Chain Manager

**Job Description ‍**: The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and optimize the entire supply chain process, focusing on stock management, production planning, procurement, incoming inspection, internal logistics, Sales andOperations Planning (S&OP), and ERP management. This role involves strategic planning, process improvement, and collaboration with various departments to ensure efficient operations that meet customer demands and align with organizational goals. ***Preferred Experience ‍️***: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). > 5 years of experience in supply chain management, production planning, procurement, logistics, S&OP, and ERP management. Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, production planning, internal logistics, and quality control. Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain software. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. **Key Responsibilities**: Supply Chain Strategy: Develop, implement, and monitor supply chain strategies that align with organizational goals. Oversee sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, inventory management, and quality control processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks. Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP): Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure alignment of goals and objectives. Production Planning: Develop and manage production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing resources and minimizing costs Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure timely execution of production plans. Monitor production performance and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing demands. Procurement Management: Oversee the sourcing and procurement of materials and services to support production needs. Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to improve quality and delivery performance. Incoming Inspection: Oversee the incoming inspection process to ensure materials and components meet quality standards. Maintain records of inspections and facilitate continuous improvement efforts. Internal Logistics: Manage the movement and storage of materials and products within the facility. Optimize internal logistics processes to ensure efficient material flow and minimize delays. Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to enhance overall operational efficiency. Stock Management: Manage stock levels to ensure adequate supply while minimizing excess inventory. Implement inventory control systems to track stock movements and optimize inventory turnover. Analyze demand forecasts and adjust stock levels accordingly to prevent stockouts and overstock situations. ERP Management: Collaborate with IT and other departments to optimize ERP processes and functionalities. Provide training and support to staff on ERP usage and data management. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate transportation and distribution activities to ensure timely delivery of products. Optimize logistics processes to reduce lead times and improve service levels. Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain, production planning, procurement, incoming inspection, stock management, and S&OP performance.
