- We are thrilled to announce, we will be opening our first store in the fashion capital of France - **Paris** We are looking for an experienced **Assistant** **Store Manager** to help set us up in a new market and lead the opening of our flagship store with an expected opening date in March. We’re looking for someone with full-time availability, including one weekend day, who can start in **February**. In this role, you confidently represent and bring our brand story to life for both your team and the MR MARVIS customers. Together with the** Store Manager**, you are responsible for reaching the shop’s commercial targets while actively coaching and motivating the team to achieve success.
**What’s on your typical to-do list**:
- Inspiring your team and customers with MR MARVIS’ values and carrying out the brand story as an ambassador;- Maintaining the overall look and feel of the store, both inside and out;- Organising events taking place in the shop;- Managing, coaching and motivating the shop team;- Being responsible for achieving the shop’s commercial targets;- Playing an active role in improving KPIs;- Hiring new style advisors and conducting job interviews;- Taking ownership of stock management and day-to-day administrative tasks.
***Who you are***:
- At least 1 year of experience (preferably in retail) is a requirement for this position;- Enthusiastic and passionate about the MR MARVIS brand;- In possession of a strong personality, flexible and representative;- You have the ability to co-lead, motivate, train, monitor and develop a team through active management;- Customer
- and service-oriented;- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French;- You are tech savvy and can work a laptop;- You have experience with KPIs and will make every effort to analyse and improve them at a high level;- Available full-time per week, including a weekend day.
