Typology is the first skincare brand launched by Good Brands, an ambitious project to build a new generation of digital first consumer brands. Founded in 2019 by serial entrepreneur Ning Li, Typology became the #1 selling skincare brand online in France and operates also in Germany, the USA and Japan.
**Location**: Paris 11ème
**Mission**: As we continue to grow the brand in the Japanese market, we we are on a mission to make the brand known to as many people as possible. With this in mind, we are looking to expand our team by recruiting a junior influence manager to drive impactful content creation and influencer collaborations in the Japanese market. This role will focus on producing high-performing content with influencers, ensuring strong local resonance while aligning with global brand strategy.
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Influencer & Community Engagement**
- Acquire and manage on-brand content through organic gifting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and creators in Japan
- **Content Production & Localization**
- Localize user-generated content pieces for the Japanese audience
- Deliver paid collaboration content, ensuring brand voice, quality standards, and high performance
- **Campaign Execution & Reporting**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives
- Track, measure, and report on content and influencer performance metrics
**Specific skills**:
- ** Market familiarity** : has depth knowledge on the social media / influencer landscape in Japan
- **Project management** : ability to execute multiple campaigns in parallel
- **Analytics** : knowledge of tracking, Web analytics and tools (CPM, ROI, audience measuring tools such as Google Analytics, ability to manage and keep track of a budget)
- **Growth mindset** : has proven experience in scaling the brand for the company or clients
- **Commercial & relational** : ability to negotiate contracts but also create a deep connection with key contacts
- **Creativity** : ability to bring innovation to our influence campaigns with creative concepts and a solid knowledge of the Japanese influencer marketing market and trends
**Profile**:
- Fluent Japanese speaker with a strong command of English (written and spoken).
- 1 year minimum of full-time marketing experience, ideally in influencer marketing, content production, social media marketing or brand communication and advocacy.
- Strong project management and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interest in the cosmetics and beauty sector.
- Genuine enthusiasm for social media trends on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), and TikTok.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for engaging, high-performing content.
