**What will be your role?**

Get onboard the PayFit rocket by joining our Global Sales Ops team as a Global Business Ops.

Your objective is to be a
** strategic partner to the global sales leadership** and to
**ensure global consistency around our operational models **to achieve the highest level of efficiency and drive our hyper-growth business.
- This is a high-impact scope with
**great exposure to leadership** and direct results on our
**revenue generation**,
**strategic decisions**,
**team structure** as well as on our
**sales operational efficiency**.

Your missions:
**Sales strategy and analytics**
- Co-drive the business closely with Sales leaders. As a partner you come forward with analysis and recommend tactical short-term and long-term strategies to improve revenue generation and to enhance the sales productivity,
- Act as a compass for the business through proactive analysis. Drive the revenue through relevant business actions associated,
- Develop & lead tools (dashboard, reports, presentations) to enable Sales and Marketing teams in consistently tracking activities to business results.

**Process optimization**
- Challenge, improve and optimize current processes to increase efficiency and productivity,
- Think outside the box and find new solutions to improve local teams efficiency
- Be the owner of operational missions to proactively improve, optimize and challenge current internal processes.

**This job has been tailored for you if**
- You are enrolled in an engineering or business school and looking for an end-of-study internship or apprenticeship (last year)
- You have a first experience (internship or apprenticeship) in an analytical role (Sales, consulting, finance,...)
- You speak English fluently and you want to work in an international and dynamic environment
- You love to understand how organization works to improve the performance
- You are a strong problem solver and a data lover with outstanding analytical skills
- You are familiar with some or all of the following tools (or eager to learn them): Excel, Looker, Salesforce
- You are a real team player with strong interpersonal who wants to build a big success story with us
- You are an autonomous, self-motivated and organized person
