We are looking for a confident and well-organized Global Sales & Marketing Representative to join our international team. This part-time hybrid role blends retail sales, B2B coordination, and logistical support for high-level executive visits. You will represent our brand in both consumer and business markets while supporting the planning and execution of meetings and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
Retail & Individual Sales (Main Focus):
• Visit local retail shops, public places, and meet with individual customers daily.
• Introduce and promote our products (like spices, food items) and encourage customers to purchase through our company website.
• Each executive must achieve a daily sales target of $700 – $1200.
• Ensure customers are aware of our 5-day delivery promise.
• Track and report daily visits and orders.

B2B Sales & Logistics Support:

• Assist in the execution of B2B consignment orders.
• Coordinate with logistics teams and ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Maintain communication between the company and business clients.
• Earn €1000 per successful B2B consignment delivery.
• Higher commissions based on B2B experience and consistent performance.

Investment & Expansion Support:

• Identify and approach new B2B clients, retail buyers, entrepreneurs, NGOs, and potential investors.
• Promote company partnership models and Europe expansion opportunities.
• Introduce investment options and share-purchase details to interested individuals.
• Coordinate with HQ for investor verification, documentation, and approval.
• Earn 3–5% commission for every successfully closed investment or share purchase.

Executive Visit Planning & Coordination:

• Organize the full itinerary for company executives visiting your region.
• Arrange hotel accommodations, transportation, meetings, and presentations.
• Attend and support during official meetings, client visits, and presentations.
• Act as a point of contact for venue coordination and customer interaction. Requirements:
• Must have legal work eligibility in France or other European countries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous sales or coordination experience preferred (retail or B2B).
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English; local language knowledge is a plus.
• Tech-savvy; familiar with websites, emails, and basic logistics processes.

Compensation & Benefits:

• €15 per hour (part-time hours: 4 per day).
• €1000 for each successfully completed B2B consignment.
• Earn 3–5% commission for every successfully closed investment or share purchase.
• Performance-based incentives and bonus commissions.
