We aim to produce sustainable, affordable, high-capacity, longer-life batteries as a** cleaner alternative to current energy sources**. We create an R&D center and new state-of-the art facility in France (New Aquitaine), with gigafactories to be built in Hauts de France and Germany.

In a highly engaged and enthusiastic team, within a fast-growing company contributing to the electrical transport revolution, the Talent acquisition officer supports the company's strong growth. You will mainly be in charge of:

- Hiring the ACC workforce worldwide (engineers and managers, staff, blue collars)
- Feeding and maintaining the jobs data base
- Coordinating the relation with the recruiting firms

**On a Daily Basis, You Will**
- Collect recruitment needs from managers, with a national and international scope : collect job descriptions, publish advertisements, assign positions to recruitment & hunting firms
- Coordinate all recruitment needs : lead weekly-calls with recruitment / hunt agencies & managers to identify and manage priorities, follow-up recruitment processes & interviews, ensure the rate of progress of the processes
- Provide recruitment KPI and documents : follow up headcount needs and forecast, gather data about the recruits
- Recruiting : conduct HR interviews in French and English, contribute to final selection, establish hiring proposals
- Register the hires and follow the administrative preparation of the arrivals.

**Profile**

You have been used to work in the industrial and/or R&D field for a minimum of 3 years in the recruitment activities (all levels). An experience of international talent acquisition (headhunting, relocations...) would be a great asset.

As you will be assessing and working with people from more than 25 nationalities, fluency in English is key. Being able to speak other languages such as german or italian would be a plus.
