**Automotive Cells Company (ACC) is one of Europe’s newest and most exciting high-tech companies. Backed by Saft-Total, Stellantis-Opel and Mercedes-Benz,** ACC is set to **power the future of the automotive industry** by innovating in battery technology.
We aim to produce sustainable, affordable, high-capacity, longer-life batteries as a** cleaner alternative to current energy sources**. We create an R&D center and new state-of-the art facility in France (New Aquitaine), with gigafactories to be built in Hauts de France and Germany.
We need a range of **skilled and agile people** to bring our vision to life, especially in the areas of industrialization, mechanical design, testing/prototyping and any other function of a new-born company. **Job description**:
In a highly engaged and enthusiastic team within a fast-growing company contributing to the electrical transport revolution and reporting to the Global talent acquisition manager, the Deputy talent acquisition manager supports the company's strong growth through delivering impactful TA projects at scale.
Your missions will be to:
- Collect recruitment needs from services, with a national and international scope and a mid-term vision: collect and challenge job descriptions, design make or buy strategies to efficiently address the hiring plan;
- Build proper global talent pools that are easily actionable and can be engaged on a regular basis through the ATS and other platforms such as Linkedin Recruiter.
- Deliver custom-made talent acquisition projects at local, country and global level in coordination with the Gigafactories’ talent acquisition teams to support their growth.
- Ensure that our TA tools are always used to best of their potential, and keep an eye on relevant new tools and partners.
- Conduct high-level HR interviews in French, English and other mastered languages, contribute to final selection, design well-targeted hiring proposals for local and foreign executives applicants.
- Identify and manage a community of ACC promoters to leverage ambassadors’ policy at different levels (social networks, campus management, recruitment process buddies ).
**Profile**:
You are used to working in the industrial and/or R&D field, in an international context and in fast-growing environments, with a track record of delivering successful talent acquisition projects.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the talent acquisition domain, with demonstrated ability to design, launch and perpetuate efficient TA projects.
Master’s degree in HR or Business studies.
Fluency in English is mandatory, another language such as German or Italian is a nice to have.
A multicultural work experience would be a great asset, especially with talents from the Asian continent and/or with foreign workers relocation policies.
Key behaviours: proactivity, innovative mindset, rigor, honesty, commitment, and an outstanding sense of interpersonal communication. Being serious but fun is highly appreciated
