**MISSIONS**
En lien direct avec le CFO et le COO, votre rôle sera principalement de piloter et activer la stratégie d’acquisition sur un périmètre international.
Vos missions:
- Développer la stratégie d’acquisition pour atteindre les objectifs de croissance
- Tester activement les canaux et idées pour trouver les meilleurs moyens d’attirer plus de nouveaux utilisateurs
- Piloter une équipe (et agences partenaires) pour allouer, investir et optimiser le budget sur tous les canaux
- Mettre en place des méthodologies et une analyse structurée pour mesurer les impacts des action et améliorer l'efficacité et l'efficience de la stratégie
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la data analyse et la data science pour mettre en place des outils fiables de suivi, attribution et optimisation
- Piloter la gestion des campagnes le reporting, avec une analyse approfondie des KPIs de référence : LTV, CPA, CPR, ROI et engagement
- Innover et mettre en place des stratégies de Test and Learn pour mettre en place des actions scalables
- Recruter et constituer une équipe
**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**
**Formation et parcours**
- 5 ans minimum d’expérience en Acquisition ou Performance Marketing
- Au moins 1 an d’expérience en management
**Hard skills**
- Expérience en BtoC dans un environnement start-up ou scale-up
- Avoir déjà travaillé sur une cible GenZ
- Capacité à piloter et mesurer les impacts de la stratégie et mettre en place des reportings scalables
- Capacité d’influence auprès des parties prenantes
- Capacité à résoudre les problèmes et orienté solutions
- Capacité à gérer l’opérationnel tout en ayant une vision au globale
- Expérience dans la gestion d'un budget important (300k€/mois)
- Expérience en acquisition sur les réseaux sociaux/canaux utilisés par GenZ comme TikTok ou Instagram
