With more than 5 million users, Joko offers features such as cashback, automatic coupons, price alerts, carbon footprint tracking, and an AI‑powered shopping assistant that recommends products based on price, quality, and impact.Role: User Acquisition ManagerAs User Acquisition Manager you will define and execute Joko user acquisition strategy across mobile app and web. You will grow the user base, maximize user value, and scale Joko’s business in the US and globally.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive strategic thinking and optimize acquisition profitability and budget allocation.Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across channels (Social Media Ads, Ad Networks, Apple Ads, Google, etc.).Analyze ad performance and guide creative iterations in partnership with internal Design and Social Media teams.Own and refine the channel mix to maximize LTV/CAC ratio.Contribute to building a world‑class UA team and stay ahead of UA innovations.Coordinate efforts with Product, Data, and CRM to ensure consistency across the user funnel.Preferred Experience5 + years in B2C mobile app paid acquisition, ASO, and mastery of acquisition platforms.Native‑level French speaker, fluent in English.Strong analytical skills and experimentation mindset.Entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, and attention to detail.Benefits & CultureFlexible remote (Paris or coworking budget elsewhere).Work from anywhere for up to 3 months per year.Paid parental leave (8 weeks).
