Principal Solutions Architect

Fluency in both French and English (mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Extensive experience as a Solution Architect and/or manager, coaching and growing skilled Solutions Architects
- Ability to build credibility with senior executives at large and medium-sized companies.
- Strong execution capability with the highest standards in a rapidly evolving business
- Experience operating in a business-to-business sales environment
- Strong quantitative skills to analyze data and use customer insights to develop improved SOPs and operational processes
- Proven track record of managing and executing projects from start to finish, including project management, data gathering and modelling, problem solving, and communicating recommendations
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skill, and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
- Experience with retail

Amazon are seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to educate, evangelize and drive implementation of technologies with retailers globally. In this role you will work closely with retail customers in identifying their needs and how we best meet them, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive implementations and improvements to our offerings to meet customer demands.

Ideally, you bring a combination of hands-on technical expertise, B2B sales/business development and retail design experience. You are an excellent communicator and can establish immediate credibility with technologists and retail executives. You thrive in ambiguity, you are passionate about transforming the global retail landscape and love to share that passion with others.
