Nous recherchons, pour le compte d'un de nos clients Banque un consultant Expert Fincrime / tech Market Abuse (H/F). Description de la mission : Accompagnement directions de la sécurité financière et de la conformité ainsi que leurs départements informatiques dans leurs réflexions stratégiques autour des dispositifs de surveillance des abus de marché : appui à la stratégie, performance et conformité des technologies, organisation et gouvernance, sélection des modèles et scénarios de surveillance appropriés (par métier, activité, type de clientèle, etc.), alignement des systèmes d'informations et des technologies avec les besoins de surveillance et de gestion des risques ainsi qu'avec les nouvelles règlementations ; Audit et d'analyse de ces dispositifs, notamment pour conseiller nos clients sur les exigences en matière de données, produits et systèmes à surveiller, la configuration des modèles et scénarios de surveillance, l'analyse, la gestion et l'investigation des alertes ainsi que l'évaluation des impacts sur leurs technologies existantes, leur organisation et leurs processus ; Accompagnement dans les travaux de mise en place et de tests des solutions, des méthodologies de calibrage/tuning des seuils d'alertes et des procédures opérationnelles d'investigation des alertes. Profil de consultant : 3 à 10 ans d'expérience Expérimenté en transformation de la fonction Conformité et de la lutte contre la criminalité financière pour le volet abus de marché (MAR) Connaissance souhaitée outils notamment d'Actimize (MSE..) Connaissance des outils Smarts, B-next, LiquidMetrix Date de démarrage : asap Durée de la mission : 3 mois renouvelables Lieux de la mission : Paris Temps complet
