What impact you’ll make
As a student of the International Compensation & Benefits team, you will be an active contributor to the standardization and sustainable design of the GEV Compensation and Benefits policies in Europe.

**What you’ll do**
- Capture inventory for entire benefits space in Europe
- Participate to the creation of the Benefits governance to drive consistent practices across businesses and one GEV philosophy
- Support the team in the simplification and standardization of benefits plans
- Support the implementation of a lean operating model on compensation topics
- Assist in the evaluation of current compensation and benefits policies to ensure compliance and market competitiveness.

**What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)**
- Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international team environment.

Au sein de l’équipe conformité règlementaire de Belfort, vous êtes rattaché(e) au responsable conformité réglementaire EMEA (Europe, Middle est and Afrique. Vous serez en charge de supporter un ingénieur pour développer la Cyber sécurité de nos centrale électriques a la règlementation européenne en matière de cyber sécurité.

**Conformité cybersecurité pour une centrale électrique**:

- Analyser les IEC 62443 qui régissent les règles a appliquer pour ce type d’installation.
- Décliner les besoins et définir les requis pour assurer la prise en compte des exigences en matière de cyber sécurité sur nos équipements.
- Interagir dans le cadre d’une équipe internationale pour la mise en place des mesures nécessaires.
- appliquer ces mesures sur un projet de centrale situé en Allemagne.
- Obtenir l’agrément des autorités allemandes de la conformité de la centrale.

Liste des compétences recherchées:

- Compétences en système de communication et système de protection cyber.
- Connaissance du fonctionnement d’une centrale electrique..
- Vous possèdez un bon sens relationnel.
- Vous êtes autonome.
- Vous justifiez d’un niveau B2 anglais.
- Master en engineering (mecanique ou electronique ou electrique)

Expérience complémentaire:

- Formation complémentaire en cyber sécurité.
