We are looking for our futur(e) **Assistant Marketing Sportstyle H/F** to work on global marketing campaigns and influence strategy for the Sportstyle category.

**1. **Campaign Marketing**:(Travel to be expected)
- Help to organize campaign shootings: product/seasonal shoots, activations, lookbooks, and videos
- Help to create internal support for global markets (lookbooks, training manuals )
- Create marketing activation guidelines and execution (event, in store, etc.)
- Support e-com shootings (in-studio)
- Manage the visual database on internal platforms
- Collaboration with external service providers: photographers, printers, creatives & communication agencies
- Showroom set up at the ADC (Annecy Design Center) and SSL (Salomon Sales Launch)
- Support daily on the 360° marketing requests (external + internal) and seasonal calendar

**2. **Influence Strategy**:

- Support Influencer Marketing Specialist with curation of VIP and Friend & Family seeding and gifting lists and send out
- Collaborate with internal and external agencies in the production of consumer facing experiential events
- Coordinate internally and externally on supply of samples and product gifting
- Reporting on community and collaborator activity in epicenters

- Nous recherchons notre futur(e) Assistant(e) Marketing Sportstyle H/F pour travailler sur des _**_campagnes marketing globales et influencer_**_ la stratégie pour la catégorie Sportstyle._
- 1. _**_Marketing des campagnes : _**_(des déplacements sont à prévoir)_
- _ Aide à l'organisation des tournages de campagnes : tournages de produits/saisonniers, activations, lookbooks et vidéos._
- _ Aider à créer un support interne pour les marchés mondiaux (lookbooks, manuels de formation...)_
- _ Créer des directives d'activation marketing et leur exécution (événement, en magasin, etc.)_
- _ Soutenir les tournages d'e-com (en studio)_
- _ Gérer la base de données visuelle sur les plateformes internes_
- _ Collaboration avec les prestataires de services externes : photographes, imprimeurs, créatifs et agences de communication._
- _ Mise en place de showroom à l'ADC (Annecy Design Center) et au SSL (Salomon Sales Launch)_
- _ Support quotidien sur les demandes de marketing 360° (externe + interne) et le calendrier saisonnier._

2. Stratégie d'influence :_**
- _ Soutenir le spécialiste du marketing d'influence dans la sélection et l'envoi des listes VIP, Friend & Family et gifting._
- _ Collaborer avec des agences internes et externes à la production d'événements expérientiels destinés aux consommateurs._
- _ Coordonner en interne et en externe la fourniture d'échantillons et de cadeaux de produits._
- _ Établir des rapports sur l'activité de la communauté et des collaborateurs dans les épicentres._

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Business school or similar specialization in Marketing/Communication at Master's Level
- ** Specific Skills**:

- An internship or experience in the field of communication, marketing and/or a fashion/lifestyle environment would be a bonus
- Understanding of the fashion/sneakers/lifestyle market, consumers & communities such as the performance/ sports market as well
- Organized, proactive, creative team worker and ability to work in a fast/dynamic environment
- ** Language(s)**: Excellent standard of English, good standard of French
- ** IT Skills**: Proficient with Microsoft Office Pack
