Le Projet Voltaire en quelques mots: - une solution SaaS B2B et B2C- une entreprise à mission, résolument lyonnaise (nos locaux sont à Vaise) ;- au service de tous les francophones depuis 2005 ;- 110 collaborateurs qui contribuent chaque jour à son succès ;- une moyenne d'âge de 32 ans. **Le défi sur ce poste Pour accompagner notre croissance, l'équipe marketing recherche son futur Growth Engineer A la frontière entre Marketing, Sales et Product, cette position pivot vous permettra de tirer parti de vos expertises techniques mais aussi de monter en compétence sur des domaines qui vous intéressent. Vous maniez Marketing Cloud comme personne, êtes à l'aise avec le tracking et motivé par le succès de vos actions Vos principales missions: - Marketing Automation B2B (via l'outil Marketing Cloud) et B2C (via l'outil SendInBlue) : implémenter et améliorer les scénarios de nurturing mais également les scénarios de rétention, de cross-sell et d'up-sell.- Tracking/Analytics : Mettre en place et faire évoluer le tracking GA 4 de nos sites web.- - Data Flows : Assurer les flux de données entre les différents canaux d'acquisition (sites web, plateformes tierces, apps...) et notre CRM grâce à des solutions no-code ou des appels APIs.- Participer à l'amélioration de notre stratégie Growth. **Ce que nous recherchons Vous avez travaillé dans l'ingénierie web, le développement back-end ou le growth hacking technique avec au moins 2 ans d'expérience. Vos mots d'ordre : proactivité, data-driven et user centric Vous avez déjà travaillé avec SalesForce et la solution Marketing Cloud.
