Geo Marketing Manager France Tetris - (M/F/d)

What is the job about
At Tetris, we design and build inspiring and sustainable spaces for people.
With rapid increase of our business across EMEA, we are looking for a B2B marketing manager for France as well as smaller French speaking countries (Belux + Switzerland) to manage and coordinate the local marketing plans and all related activities, as well as support, contribute and adapt the EMEA marketing strategy to the local context. You will be reporting to the Marketing Director EMEA.
The goal of your role will be to push Tétris forward as the leading interior design and fit-out company in those markets being the key point of contact between sales, marketing, and other support functions.
Among other functions you will create content, case studies, videos, events, PR, sales enablement, support for management, social media strategy and budget management.

**Responsibilities**:
Landing and adapting EMEA campaigns into local context and target and crafting, implementing, and overseeing campaigns that respond to local business needs.
Becoming a key stakeholder for Managing Directors and Business Developers in your countries contributing to the business with ideas, campaigns, and lead generation.
Developing and implementing creative and result-oriented local marketing plans and actions while handling the budget in the smartest way possible.
Monitor and measure the ROI of all marketing activities.
Managing 360 marketing activities across all the marketing spectrum (PR, events, communications, demand generation, marketing automation, social media )
Managing and developing an international team of marketers based in Spain and Italy
You have excellent skills in MS Office and specifically in powerpoint

How we imagine you

You are based in Paris
You have a degree in Marketing or Communications.
You have 6-9 years of experience in the field developing B2B marketing plans and campaigns.
You speak and write fluently in French and English
You are a good writer with great communication skills.
You to have some basic design skills and editing skills.
You are proficient with data analysis and tracking programs.
You are good with numbers and already handled marketing budget.
You plan and track your social media campaigns in Hootsuite
You are a two-side brain person, creative to come up with unexpected ideas and relevant content and analytic to use measurement tools to evaluate its performance.
