In this position, you will organize and monitor the various technical, human and financial resources required for the installation and commissioning of a high voltage electrical distribution project from the delivery of the equipment to the site until final acceptance, in compliance with deadlines and safety regulations. Under the hierarchical responsibility of the manager of the service technicians and under the operational responsibility of the project managers, you will have relations : - Internally: with the project team, the service technicians - Externally: customers (users, installers, integrators, etc.), subcontractors.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Receive and study the elements of the technical file (electrical diagrams, provisional budget...)
- Establish the schedule of the site and the associated coactivity
- Issue orders to the various suppliers/subcontractors while respecting the allocated budget
- Define the coordination of site interventions with the work managers, the client and the subcontractors
- Follow up on the activity of the sites by regular meetings with the work managers on site
- Centralize the various reports of interventions in order to transmit them to the customer
- Contribute to the optimal financial management of on-site services
- Optimize the operational setup to improve the project margin in the execution phase

**Your background**:

- At least 2 years of higher education or equivalent in the field of electrical engineering
- At least 1 year of recognized experience as a site manager / work supervisor
- English read, written & spoken would be a plus, fluent French is obligatory
- Behavioral skills: autonomy, responsiveness, availability, adaptability, customer orientation, organizational skills, interpersonal skills
- Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business
