To support the rapid adoption of the platform model, and take an active part in positioning the new solutions of the Mirakl Suite, we are looking for a** Field Marketing Apprentice **to support the international Field Marketing Team in Europe.

**_ Your Impact:_**

As a hands-on and motivated member of the marketing team, you support the execution of the numerous marketing initiatives planned across EMEA.

You are in charge of the operational tasks that are crucial to the success and quality of marketing activities, ranging from location scouting, on-time material orders, KPI monitoring and digital asset creation to executive-level guest management.

Your detail-oriented attitude helps create a best-in-class experience for our customers and prospects every time they are in contact with Mirakl.

**_ Your role:_**

You support the field marketing managers in the execution of in-person and digital marketing activities throughout EMEA. This include (non-exhaustive list):

- Selecting and booking events locations, coordinating contract signature
- Organizing Mirakl presence at 3rd party conferences: ordering and shipping of event material, coordinating team presence on site
- Setting up virtual events, coordinating dry run sessions, launching registrations
- Keeping track of participants and their status for event planning
- Keeping track of new suppliers and incoming invoices to facilitate their processing
- Support content localization needs (liaising with the internal team or translation agency, proofreading)
- Collecting and summarizing results of projects/campaigns to help assessing results

**_ Requirements :_**
- You are a Business or Marketing Master student and looking for a 12 months apprenticeship
- A first marketing or project management experience is a plus
- You are very hands-on and pay attention to details
- You are at ease with digital office tools (word, ppt, xls)
- You speak fluent English and French
- You have are interested in developing a strong all-rounder marketing skill set in an international team
