You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:_**

You will have to instill the latest digital trends, bring an App First vision as a central role and support for the countries and agencies/providers. You will be the guarantor and owner of the main tools of the App.

App Download Performances

Define and write the central vision of Performance strategy to increase downloads and the global volume of App Holders:

- Support the countries on both Organic and Paid download channels
- Analyze downloads performances through reports to get aligned with local and central objectives
- Manage downloads and retargeting budgets with our agencies and countries
- Identify new partners with EME countries to reach our annual target.
- Programming and optimization of downloads campaigns on our platforms
- Work with central media and communication teams to develop App Downloads assets

ASO - App Store Optimization
- Continuous optimization of the app store files
- Follow-up of best practices and evolutions of store functionalities
- Elaborate briefs for the realization of app preview videos and app presentation screenshots
- Optimize descriptions and keywords using the tools
- Monitor rating and reviews on App Stores

App Animation Plan

Propose a central vision of App Animation strategy to develop App Uses and Business development
- Work with the different central teams (digital animation, offer, CRM ) and countries to propose a central Animation Plan vision: Promotion, App exclusivities, product pre-launch
- Support the countries and produce guidelines to animate the App in & out App according to the App life cycle: Welcome, Activation, Churn, triggers campaigns
- Monitoring of push performance (opening rate, conversion rate, opt-out )
- Animation of the App community: sharing of best practices, novelties of the OS or tools with the countries

Analytics and reporting
- Analysis and monitoring of KPIs in weekly and monthly basis
- Creation of app performance monitoring tables focus on downloads, MAU, Business
- Work with analytics teams to create and develop custom dashboard focus on App Business
- You have a 4/5 year Master degree in Marketing / Digital
- Significant Previous 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of the following tools: Batch (or push notifications SDK), AppsFlyer (or Marketing performance SDK), AppStores main principles, Google Analytics, JIRA, Facebook Business Manager
- A thorough understanding of mobile devices and iOS and Android operating systems and a good understanding of mobile development and user interface design are appreciated.
- You are passionate about digital and e-business and have a strong general knowledge of web and mobile APP best practices.
- Autonomy, rigor, proactivity and fluency in English are also essential.
