Project Manager

We are now looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Rungis, France.

**What will you do in our team?**
- Translating customer needs/requirements into detailed project plans shared with Company functions involved and driving internal executions to meet the targets.
- Playing a proactive role in problems prevention during the project life cycle by highlighting potential areas of concern and promptly driving other departments in solving issues, which could affect project flawless execution.
- Oversee the purchasing activities of the project in conjunction with Purchasing to ensure respect of project budget and develop cost reduction and cost containment actions.
- Coordination of deliveries with customer and purchasing in order to avoid extra inventory;
- Coordinate onsite activities with local subcontractors, instalators and service team ensuring its perfect execution and on time start-ups.
- Develop enduring faithful Customer relationship. Ensuring accurate and timely forecasting of project's revenue and margins
- Provide regular communication updates to departmental staff/peers and provide them proper instructions to be executed
- Raising the invoice request for a timely billing
- Keep regular interactions with customer base, subcontractors, factory, engineering, sales, service, finance and management as needed
- Organize KoM to identify all players, scope, project constrains, priorities, bottle necks, responsible of the timeliness, quality and maintenance of the project reports and documentation package (i.e. drawings, specifications, customer requirements, minutes of meetings, certificates, proof of delivery, good execution customer certificate)
- Develop internal and external customer relationship to grow up the sales and revenue
- Analyze the customer technical needs
- Establish an optimized quote (costing of turnkey services) with strong technical proposal and if needs with site inspection.
- Daily reporting: Use and fill the quotation tracking tool

**What will make you successful?**
- Superior technical training in Project Management
- Minimum 5-years experience in project management
- Education to degree level in project management
- Strong relationship with customer and procurement skills
- Leader ship, entrepreneurship and management of sub-contractors and knowledge of the contract law, the local standards.
- Good skill in finance of projects
- Technical knowledge of multi COE( AC-DC POWER, THERMAL, RACKS, IMS, INDUSTRIALS)
- Motivated, autonomous and organized
- The position requires good written and verbal communication skills
- Appropriate level in English
- Appropriate level in Pack Office and knowledge in ERP (Oracle) and Autocad
- Ability to understand the DATA CENTER business and expectations
- Customer focus behavior, ability to deal with complex customers and meet specific requirements when needed
