HR Systems Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic **HR Systems Coordinator**, to service our 9 hotels in Belgium, France, Italy, The Netherlands and Norway.

Your main responsibilities as HR Systems Coordinator at Hotel Co 51 are to assist hotel managers with their HR admin, to maintain and update employee records, to assist in recruitment, onboarding and training.

You will be the champion for our HR system (BambooHR) and other systems used by HR in the 5 mentioned countries (like Planday for scheduling). You will also act as the first port of call to employees based at the offices in your regions for all HR related queries.

RECRUITMENT

Assist the Talent Coordinator and hotels with their recruitment:

- Manage vacancies online
- Assist with admin around casting days

ONBOARDING

Enter new hires correctly in our systems following the company’s onboarding procedures. Check documents, check and correct the data entered by the new hire, and make sure payroll can process.

CONTRACTS

Employment contracts are signed online using the HR system:

- Send correct contracts and letters upon request and follow up with managers and employees who need to sign
- Make new letters and contracts e-signable so they can be used
- Liaise with external HR advisors for labour law issues

TRAINING

You will assist the L&D Manager on setting up and planning of training of (new) staff in the hotels.

PAYROLL

You assist the Payroll Coordinator with the preparations for payroll

OFFICE

You will be based in one of our hotels in Belgium, France, Italy, The Netherlands or Norway.

You will create and close the accounts with Yammer and our travel agent Egencia.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, or minimum one year HR experience in the hospitality industry
- Understanding of local labour law and payroll of mínimal 1 of the mentioned countries
- Fluent in **English and French**. Any extra European languages are very welcome
- Computer literate with Microsoft office
- Organisational skills and ability to prioritise: you like double checking and following up
- Calm, steady, you always just start at the beginning
- Accurate, analytical, serious, critical, discrete
