About the RoleMontage Gold is a Canadian-listed gold developer advancing the $850 million Koné Gold Project, one of West Africa's largest gold mine developments.We're hiring a Travel and HR Coordinator to support personnel logistics and HR functions at our remote mine site in Côte d'Ivoire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a landmark project while enjoying global travel benefits and a highly competitive compensation package.This position requires an individual who can commence within the next 4–5 weeks.What You'll DoCoordinate end-to-end travel logistics for local and international personnel, including flights, visas, ground transport, and accommodationManage frequent, time-sensitive travel changes in a fast-paced and reactive environmentSupport HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, personnel records, and site complianceMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of personnel movements, rotations, leave balances, and visasPrepare and maintain reports related to headcount, roster planning, and travel costsLiaise with corporate teams, travel providers, and contractorsEnsure confidentiality and accuracy in all HR and personnel-related documentationWhat We're Looking ForFluent in both French and English (written and spoken)3+ years' experience in HR coordination, travel coordination, or site administration, ideally within mining, construction, or remote operationsHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and WordExceptional attention to detail and strong record-keeping skillsAbility to manage a high-volume, reactive workload with competing prioritiesStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsComfortable living and working on a remote site on a rotational basisAvailability to commence within the next 4–5 weeks is strongly preferredWhat We Offer6/3 rotation (6 weeks on site, 3 weeks off)International flights to anywhere in the world for your time off – fully paid by Montage GoldOn-site accommodation and meals provided at no costBe part of a dynamic, multicultural team delivering a major African gold projectReady to Apply?Submit your CV and join Montage Gold and help build something extraordinary.At Montage Gold, we promote diversity and are committed to screen applications without discrimination as to gender, ethnic origin, religion, age, or any other distinctive aspect.
