**YOUR DAY TO DAY LIFE**

We are looking for a **Expert Services Marketing Manager Europe**

Within the European Marketing organization and in collaboration with the ‘Expert Services’ Hub of the Group, you will join a team of 6 persons as Expert Services Marketing Manager Europe with the ambition of fully integrating this strategic service line into our core services. ‘Expert Services’ line embraces labeling & regulatory services, audits & training activities as well as technical consultancies to ensure food safety, quality and sustainability. Your main responsibilities include market needs and trends’ analysis in Europe, competitive landscape monitoring, and the definition of new offers that provide differentiation, consistency with our strategic plan, and connecting with our historical core business: food testing. Your responsibilities will also rely on the support to sales teams in the development and deployment of the sales strategy for this segment. You report to the European Marketing Director and lead the following missions:

- Assess the ‘Expert Services’ market for Europe region
- Defines where to play and the strategic marketing plan in collaboration with the Regional Expert services Director/VP
- Design the best service offering to address customers needs (including pricing strategy)
- Coordinate with other core marketing activities (e.g. for food testing) to ensure a “full solution” mindset (end-to-end solution offer)
- Build internal and external marketing campaigns for the Expert Services portfolio
- Roll out the Expert Services marketing plan within the region, in coordination with country marketing managers
- Maintain client perspective and needs’ understanding through participation in sales calls, conferences and trade shows or meetings with (Global) Key accounts team
- Provide support to international tender process or strategic discussions with customers
- Share best practices with the other Regional Expert Services Marketing Managers.

**YOUR PROFILE**

You:

- have at least 7 years of experience including an experience in a consulting firm where you have developed skills in en-to-end solution offer definition, strategic marketing planning and related deployment
- build solid and collaborative work relationships with a variety of contacts in a multicultural environment
- are an experienced project manager
- have already experienced working in matrix and international organization holding a cross-functional roles requiring energy, alignment and power of conviction
- speak English fluently.

Knowledge of Inbound & Outbound marketing as well as expert services (product labeling, technical & regulatory consulting, audits and/or training) are a plus, as well as the knowledge of food sector challenges.
