**YOUR DAY TO DAY LIFE**

As the Marketing Director for Europe, you will be at the forefront of our service expansion, driving marketing strategies and tactics across the region. Leading a team of talented Marketing Managers, you will craft and implement a cohesive marketing plan that enhances current processes, leverages market knowledge, and embraces breakthrough communication approaches, especially through digital channels.

**Key responsibilities**
- ** Provide **strategic leadership to both your direct team and the local marketing teams ensuring goal alignment and team success
- ** Animate **with the support of your team, the Regional Marketing network to:

- ensure buy-in and alignment of the countries for roll out of the European priorities and key initiatives,
- foster best practice sharing, and belonging feeling as ‘one team
- cultivate customer centricity and enhance market knowledge enhancement within the region
- increase customer need understanding and develop end-to-end solutions that differentiate us from the competition
- ensure the right implementation of the company branding and brand architecture within the region (+ at Global level)
- maintain a company-wide differentiated value proposition which succinctly defines MxNs and its unique market capabilities
- optimize our footprint by ensuring that we push the right offers to the right customers in the right countries
- ** Identify **new playgrounds, new service offering and related go-to-market strategies to fully address our (new) strategic markets
- ** Be part of** the global Marketing & Communication team and lead or support some projects as needed to nurture brand equity and raise awareness

In this role, you report to the Senior VP Europe and collaborate closely with the Managing Directors of various countries within the region.

**YOUR PROFILE**

You:

- have a Degree in food/agri science, engineering or Marketing with strong BtoB/Food/TIC experience and understanding of the food sector challenges
- acquired a solid experience in marketing development and team management within the Services Industry/Food/Microbiology/Chemistry or BtoB sectors
- have a solid knowledge of Digital marketing and content management strategies
- have a strategic vision combined with operational drive
- are used to work in international environment with multicultural and variety of teams demonstrating your collaboration, influence and alignment abilities
- are fluent in English
