You can be a part of that We are looking for a Senior Head Coach Members & Services dedicated to implementing Nike brand initiatives and category brand drivers through consumer experience programs on - and offline. In this role you will lead and execute all member experiences for our flagship store together with the extended store marketing team. - Manage all details of implementing the seasonal brand and performance consumer construct related initiatives in the O2O consumer journey to maximize our business. - Lead the execution of seasonal city & member moments inside House of Innovation. - Lead, coach and inspire the House of Innovation Paris marketing services & experience team with a clear vision of success and enable the team to deliver greatest returns by driving process efficiency. - Execute our membership led strategy and thinking in everything we do by creating unbreakable relationships with our consumers and obsessing the O2O consumer journey. - Work effectively across the organization with consumer direct marketing teams, city marketing teams and commerce teams to execute the marketing strategy. - Drive flawless executions of Nike brand stories across the store's mindset areas: set an incredibly high standard and hold team accountable for their work. You will be based in the city center of Paris, Nike ́s most premium and important distribution channel "House of Innovation" and the store offices in the same building. As part of your role, you will be partnering up with internal stakeholders in City and EMEA and commercial functions as well as external stakeholders with suppliers, agencies, and third-party vendors. - Educated to Bachelor ́s / Master ́s degree in the field of marketing, communication, economics, or sports sciences - Minimum 5 years working experience in retail marketing, account management & digital experience - Fluent in English in both written and verbal communication; French speaking knowledge is an advantage. - Tracking record of marketing, strategy planning and financial targets with excellent communication and presentation skills. - Excellent stakeholder, project, resource, and time management - Strong information seeking skills and drive to make things happen. - Demonstrate creativity and agility in a fast-moving environment. - Demonstrate Brand passion and act with integrity.
