Global Planning Manager

As a Global Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across our plants. Your leadership will ensure that we meet our customers' expectations for on-time delivery while optimizing resource absorption and asset utilization. Join us in shaping a dynamic planning strategy that not only enhances customer satisfaction but also contributes to our overall efficiency and success. Your expertise will be key in orchestrating seamless execution and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
**Your Mission**:
- Provide production plan to plant that optimizes resource utilization while respecting the requested End of Packing (EoP)
- Monitor the execution of the of production plan
- Provide long-term visibility of volume and activities
- Evaluate absorption with the plant team and support actions to reduce it
- Monitor and support the work of the plant scheduling manager and pms
- Balance WIP inventory with productivity targets
**Your Profile**:
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate across global teams
- Proven experience in Planning, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management, demonstrating your ability to drive results
- Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for effective communication and collaboration
