Following the implementation of a new Global Demand Planning system (RELEX), the Global Supply Chain project team is looking for its future Global Demand Planning Business Process Owner.

The Demand Planning BPO is the expert on the Demand part of the S&OP process and contributes to Sephora maturity growth on demand planning, defining processes, contributing to projects, creating Demand planners training schemes, and performing gap & performance analysis.

As Demand Planning BPO, you will report to the Global Supply Chain Project Manager and your main objective will be to drive demand planning excellence and Global standards.

**Inside the Supply Chain Global team, your key missions will be**:
**Process Ownership**:

- _ Guarantee the core model for new Relex functionalities and their impact on other Group systems, and coordinate these changes with other departments (IT, Finance, etc.) and all regions_
- _ Participate in and coordinate country/warehouse opening processes for Relex implementation_
- _ Formalize documentation (flowchart, process description, users guide) and keep training materials up to date_
- _ Be responsible for the Decision Advisory Board_
- _ Manage the incident support and enhancement budget _
- _Participate in regional S&OP processes and their improvements_

**Performance**:

- _ Participate in the definition of KPIs and reporting, communicate and animate monthly results_
- _ Contribute to identify main root causes and implement action plans with local teams_

**Global support**:

- _ Act as point of contact for regional Super KUs (or regional BPOs) as 2nd level support for the Relex solution_
- _ Be the point of entry for commercial relations with Relex (performance monitoring, quality of service, technology watch, etc.)_
- _ Monitor and participate in incident resolution (in coordination with Sephora IT and Relex Support teams)_

**Change management**:

- _Lead training workshops with users_
- _ Support change management and increase Demand Planning team expertise_

**Project management**:

- _ Support Supply Chain Global team on project related to Demand Planning (documentation, animation, training), identify gaps and make recommendations_
- _
You have a Master’s degree in Supply Chain management. _
- _You have a solid professional experience of 5 years minimum in the Supply Chain domain, and ideally one first experience in Planning. _
- _You are organized and rigorous, with strong analytical skills._
- _ You demonstrate strong listening skills, curiosity and excellent communication skills._
- _ You enjoy working in a collaborative and challenge-driven environment where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives, with team spirit and a sense of initiative._
- _ You will be working in a multi-cultural environment where a very good level of English (oral and written) is mandatory to succeed. International experience is a plus._
- _ Position will be based in Saran (45) or in Neuilly Sur Seine (92), with frequent commute to Saran. International travel can be expected on a quarterly basis._
