A bord de la fusée **Yuri & Neil,** vous jouerez un rôle clé en travaillant principalement en régie chez l’un de nos prestigieux clients, une grande entreprise du secteur de l'énergie. Votre mission sera d'améliorer la communication interne et de renforcer l'engagement des employés à travers des stratégies et des actions de communication efficaces.

**Gestion de projet de communication au sein de l'équipe Content Factory**
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de communication interne alignées avec les objectifs de l'entreprise cliente.
- Participer aux comités éditoriaux de l'entreprise et contribuer à l'orientation stratégique des communications.
- Rédiger directement des articles ou coordonner la rédaction via différentes personnes pour alimenter les publications internes.
- Organiser et coordonner des événements internes, des réunions d'équipe et des sessions d'information.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les départements RH et de la direction pour assurer une communication cohérente et efficace.
- Analyser les feedbacks des employés et ajuster les stratégies de communication en conséquence.
- Promouvoir une culture d'entreprise positive et inclusive à travers des initiatives de communication internes.
- Mesurer et rapporter l'efficacité des actions de communication interne.

**Profil recherché**:
**A partir de 5 ans d’expérience minimum au sein d'entreprises BtoB (idéalement dans le secteur de l'énergie)**
- Diplôme en communication, marketing, ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Excellentes compétences en rédaction et en création de contenu.
- Maîtrise des outils de communication digitale et des plateformes collaboratives.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
- Fortes compétences organisationnelles et souci du détail.
- Esprit créatif et capacité à innover dans les approches de communication.
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et capacité à interagir avec des parties prenantes à tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
- Bon niveau en anglais
