Smartphones and connected devices have become essential tools for multimedia production and consumption. Year after year, manufacturers work hard to improve users' experience in viewing, listening and capturing images and sounds. This is where we come in
DXOMARK collaborates with all major consumer electronics manufacturers to make sure that for every new release there is a significative improvement. Our specialized engineers develop tools and protocols to evaluate the performance of their Camera, Audio, Display and Battery systems. Our protocols are a mix of objective measurements and analysis in real life conditions, because in real life, our multimedia consumption is not done in a laboratory.
We offer these solutions to our customers. Our experts, project managers and specialized teams work closely with their R&D Teams to optimize the quality of tomorrow's products.
**MISSION**
Our clients are currently mostly OEMs in the smartphone industry. In this job, you are expected to help DXOMARK in developing strategic markets such as video conferencing and multimedia devices (computer, tablet, speakerphone...), wireless speakers, TVs, and other consumer electronics products. You will be in charge of promoting and selling our service and HW/SW solutions for Audio and Display benchmarking and evaluation tools. Based in Boulogne-Billancourt, you will be reporting to our Sales Director and working closely with Product Marketing and Technical Teams. You will be responsible for:
Portfolio Management
- Managing a portfolio of clients and prospects, build healthy and continuous pipeline, as well as grow revenues and margin
- Ensure qualification and follow-up of prospects
- Develop relationships at all levels including R&D Teams, Product Marketing and Communication
- Develop long standing customer relationships and optimal customer ROI through consultative sales and effective prospect and business partners management
Business Development
- Active prospecting including cold calling, marketing, as well as attending events and networking
- Organize and attend meetings to analyze the prospect's needs and showcase DXOMARK, explaining how DXOMARK services would be strategically advantageous for business (with the help of Product Marketing in Paris)
- Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships on the Asian, North American and European Markets with digital devices vendors (and related ecosystem: suppliers, partners) to grow business
- Find opportunities to build awareness and strengthen DXOMARK's presence in the market in coordination with the Marcom team in Paris
Collaborate with HQ (in Paris)
- Reporting business development and sales activity using CRM software (Salesforce) or other appropriate tools
- Provide input to the Marketing and Product Marketing teams regarding market trends, opportunities and threats, customer feedback to enhance product and service communication and help drive sales leads
- Work with a broad range of internal teams (marketing, product, engineering etc ) to support sales efforts
**PROFILE**
Holder of a bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or engineering, you have a first experience in selling products or services ideally in the fields of consumer or professional audiovisual products in a B2B environment.
Expected Knowledge
- Good knowledge/understanding of audio and/or audiovisual related businesses within industries such as Consumer Electronics, Measure and Audio-Visual industry
- Superior interpersonal communication skills, with a flair for creative and persuasive communication
- Able to understand and demonstrate the value of complex technology quickly
- Good understanding of consulting services business
- Good knowledge of the Audiovisual ecosystem (Consumer and/or Professional)
- Technical knowledge of audiovisual processing is a plus
